Thermal Technology's graphite hot zone Laboratory Industrial Furnaces come in different temperature ratings & work zone sizes. The Laboratory Industrial Furnace construction is either stainless steel, heavy-wall or seamless extruded 6061 T6 aluminum.

Refractory Metal Laboratory Furnace
Based on the model of the industrial furnace, the industrial furnace shell is either heavy-wall, seamless extruded 6061 T6 aluminum with an anodized exterior or stainless steel. The bulkheads are hard-anodized aluminum and the doors are nickel-plated copper. The shell and bulkheads have integral water-cooling passages. External surface temperatures are maintained at 65°C or less. O-ring seals are Viton.

Gas Purification Systems for Laboratory Furnace
Thermal Technology’s gas purification equipment is recommended for use with our high temperature vacuum industrial furnaces. Typical oxygen levels found in bottled argon and helium are 5 to 10 ppm. These levels, unacceptable to many processes, can be economically reduced to less than 1 ppb oxygen or better.
